The Promoting Change Network is a dynamic group of people and organisations, made up of funded projects and other collaborators who are committed to work together to drive change for people facing severe and multiple disadvantage.

Network members are working to illuminate hidden aspects of the experience of people facing severe and multiple disadvantage, shift commissioning practices, find new ways to give power to service users and provide excellent, person-centred, transformative services.

With over 150 members, people come together for large residential events, and in smaller groups, to focus on overcoming isolation and sparking reflection and on having the challenging conversations that it can be difficult to have elsewhere. The network is exploring how we can model some of the change we want to see, through its own methodology, building new relationships, shifting power and engaging in open-space conversations.
