LCF appoints Jess Cordingly as new Director of Social Innovation

Jess is joining LankellyChase from the Cabinet Office’s Social Investment and Finance Team where she was seconded from UnLtd to explore and lead the Government’s response to social angel investing. Prior to this, she worked with UnLtd to find early-stage social innovations across the UK which were ready to take on investment to grow their social impact.

Jess was previously part of the founding team at Future First, a charity working to turn every state school into a supportive community for young people by building alumni networks. Jess has a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from St. Hugh’s College, Oxford.

The Director of Social Innovation is a new post that will lead on the Foundation’s priority to stimulate the next generation of ground breaking ideas in the field of severe and multiple disadvantage.

Jess will join the team at the beginning of January.
