Lankelly Chase is delighted to announce the appointment of Myron Rogers as Chair of our Board of Trustees.
Myron is a leading translator of living systems theory for the demanding realities of today’s social and organisational challenges. He has been engaged in the leadership, design and delivery of large-scale strategic change efforts in the private and public sectors throughout the world. His work has covered a broad range of organisations, social systems and issues. He is the co-author of the best-selling A Simpler Way.
Myron will join a highly committed and determined Board, and will help oversee the next phase of Lankelly Chase’s long term mission to help transform the lives of people who face severe and multiple disadvantage. His appointment will enhance considerably the growing capability within Lankelly Chase to take a whole system approach to its work.
Myron reacted to his appointment: “I’m deeply honoured to be joining the Lankelly Chase Board. This appointment followed an extensive external search and competitive interview process. Myron will start as a Trustee from June and as Chair from October.
