What attracted me to LC / what do I like about working at LC?
I was dabbling in place-based work and LC were one of the few organisations I had heard of that were working at a systems level to create positive change for people who were finding themselves stuck on the margins of the margins.
This still stands but what I like about LC now I know more about how we work is our commitment to disrupting the status quo and using all our resources to do that from the investments we make to working out how we are part of the problem and tackling this proactively.

Contributing to a society that is inclusive, equitable and just particularly for women and young people – and being part of a culture that celebrates creativity and the natural world.
I love anything to do with the sea except for ocean plastic pollution. I do my best to tread lightly on this planet – from ditching chemicals on my food and on my face, to being vegetarian since I was 14 and TRYING not to fly. Life is better with music and bicycles 🙂

Connecting the dots, pattern spotting and bringing people together and making them feel comfortable if it’s an unusual environment. I treat people fairly and appreciate the different views needed to make for a healthier system. I’m a good listener, a creative facilitator, a brilliant procrastinator, and an avid natural wine drinker!
