What attracted you to Lankelly Chase?
I was first attracted to Lankelly by its approach to change and initially the focus on the behaviours that supported change to happen. I liked the more systemic action inquiry approach to exploring the more complex issues in front of us. I have recently returned to working with Lankelly and have really appreciated the deeper focus in social justice work and how it has widened its influence in thinking from more diverse partners.
What are you passionate about?
Social justice, equity and cooking, sharing and eating food.
I’m good at…
Collaboration, working with brilliant partners and systemic practices to shift mindsets, encourage distributed leadership and community led change
