Systems Changers programme came about because we felt that the experience and wisdom of frontline workers was getting lost. Partly through a lack of time and space, partly through not feeling any agency. So, we wondered what would happen if we invested in that space and in the voices on the frontline. The programme is being delivered for Lankelly Chase by The Point People and Snook.
This programme is seeking to answer the following question: “Can, and how can, the insights of frontline workers influence systems change?”
Through a programme of visits, knowledge development and observation, participants are looking at the environment through three lenses:
- Themselves as individuals.
- Their organisations.
- The wider system.
The first cohort for the programme runs July-December 2015.
