The Women Centred Working initiative has arisen as a result of decades of experience supporting women in the most difficult situations to make positive, long-term changes to their lives. The initiative is a chance to show how the women-centred way of doing things can help unlock solutions to complex problems facing women with multiple disadvantages – and prompt more effective ways of working on a wider scale.
