About our organisation

The idea behind 3 steps came as a response to the Revolving door phenomenon marginalised individuals find themselves in, and the social injustice where barriers are faced, that are difficult to navigate through. The aim is to help & prevent homelessness, alleviate poverty and equip individuals invaluable skills to be self-sustainable The organisation aims to provide a lifeline to the vulnerable and marginalised. 3 Steps Project supports individuals through an innovative Person Centred Planning (PCP), concept to Independence. The organisation also offers Floating Support to Individuals at risk of losing their accommodation due to various reasons, i.e. debt, alcohol and substance misuse, mental health issues and offending behaviour/s. 3 Steps aims to offer an innovative, simple holistic approach helping clients reach Self-Actualisation. The approach is moving away from traditional approaches that rather weigh down clients with a multitude of goals. 3 Steps will use a PCP Social Model Therapy with emphasis on Choices and equipping clients with confidence and invaluable life skills. We are, an effective can-do resilient group with skills, knowledge and about 30+ years’ experience between us, working within various care and support environments including those with multiple complex needs and can help guide individuals to Self-Actualisation.
