About our organisation/network
It’s focused on supporting and empowering people from ethnically diverse communities, refugees, asylum seekers, children (who are victims of ill health and all forms of abuse) as well as victims of human trafficking, etc. The charity organization also strives to help newly resettled immigrants and asylum seekers to integrate in the community through Signposts, ESOL Classes, group activities, etc. The organization also advices and support people going through depression and mental illness in the BAME-Community, as well as creating awareness of domestic violence by contributing to research, debate and policy initiatives on how to prevent it. The organization is also committed to tackling hate crime and poverty through training, workshops on money matters, raising awareness of available local opportunities, as well as increasing and developing the effectiveness of resources through partnership, collaboration Arts & culture, events and multi-agency action.
The change we want to see
Reduction of poverty. An environment where there will be diversity as well as equality in the community. Also, helping individuals to reach their potential to create a better world and future together.
