for Mental Health have come together to develop a programme of work with the aim of promoting lasting positive change in the field of ethnic inequality and mental health.

Confluence is an independent consultancy specialising in research and service development in the connected fields of mental health, social care and criminal justice. It was commissioned to provide consultation, research and analysis to enable the partnership group to arrive at a ‘Theory of Change’, including recommendations for action and investment which can be developed into funded pieces of work.
